Artwork Receipt Form

It is implicit in your contract that you are responsible for insuring any goods that are entrusted to us, either directly or indirectly, and are held by us until returned. We will take due and responsible care of any items left in our possession, but the company cannot accept liability for the loss or damage of goods entrusted to it. Owners or custodians of artworks or other goods left in the possession of Fine Art Solutions (a division of Felix Rosenstiel’s Widow and Son Limited) are advised to ensure that their own insurance coverage is extended accordingly. Your attention is drawn to the provisions of the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 and you warrant that the intellectual property of the artwork named above is either your own or has been cleared by you or is in the public domain prior to giving the artwork(s) to Fine Art Solutions, a division of Felix Rosenstiel’s Widow and Son limited.
